Josh is interviewed by BBC Radio Somerset Presenter, Claire Carter to discuss the opposition of Mars and what to observe on the surface of The Red Planet.

​He describes how to identify the red dust surface, the dust lanes, the polar ice caps and largest (extinct) volcano in the Solar System using your unaided eye to binoculars and using a telescope!

Josh is interviewed by BBC Radio Somerset's Claire Carter - to discuss his new role as a Delegate of the International Dark Skies Association to represent Bristol and South-West England.

He discusses how this delegateship has placed him on a global platform to promote night-sky conservation and what he intends to do to raise public awareness of the issue in the UK's Climate Capital - The city of Bristol.

Josh is interviewed by BBC Radio Somerset's Claire Carter - to discuss Comet Neowise and its 6,000 year journey across the Solar System. He discusses his recent captures of the comet over Somerset and surrounds and how to locate it before the comet gradually disappears from the night-sky.

​At the time of broadcast, the comet is gradually reducing in magnification and will become less prominent in the night-sky as it moves further away from the Sun and begins its long journey once again into the vastness of space.

​He also discusses his recent work in Night-Sky Conservation and how both Light Pollution and Mega-Satellite Constellations are not only impacting our view of the night-sky but the natural world in light of the climate crisis.

Josh is interviewed by BBC Radio Bristol's Steve Yabsley - in discussion about how his early passion for astronomy began and how this led to pursuing a career in Photography, Film and Television.

Steve highlights the importance of looking at the night-sky during the lockdown and Josh's work in Night-Sky Conservation. Focusing on the implications that both Light Pollution and Mega-Satellite Constellations are having to the natural world in light of the climate crisis - broadcast from the UK's Climate Capital.
